This is a wonderful Cafe that offers MANY choices. If you are just thirsty Try one of the many Espresso treats, Hot or Cold, Iced or Blended.....
If you would like something on the healthy side, try one of the GREAT Smoothies made with REAL fruit! You have many choices, and you can also blend the flavors... GET CREATIVE......
Oh, maybe you are hungry.....
Well during the summer time there are wonderful salads to try.... Start with a bed of organically grown spring lettuce, or baby spinach then add grape tomatoes, European cucumbers, and three colors of peppers.... Now lets get to the good stuff....
You can choose a
Chef Salad: with Smoked Turkey and Honey Ham, then 3 kinds of cheese Munster, Colby, and Pepper Jack
or
Greek Salad: with Green Olives, Feta Cheese, Pepperoni This comes with a Home made Dressing of Oregano, Balsamic, and olive oil...Just the Perfect touch!
Oh, and now for the ultimate salad....
Chicken Salad: This is like NO OTHER Chicken salad you have ever had before..... Wonderful taste of White Breast Chicken, cran-raisens, pineapple, celery, red onion, and the dressing: LIGHT on the Mayo, Sweet like honey, but tangy like oriental flare.... It is the secret home made dressing. This one is extra SPECIAL, it also has Manderine Oranges, and topped with your favorite nut.. Almonds, Pecans, or Cashews... mmm good...

Wed and Thurs are the hot meal lunches:
These lunches repeat every other week

Wed: Penne Pasta with Garlic Herb Breast Chicken, baked in a Home Made Alfredo Sauce with Broccoli and Carrots
Thurs: Lasagna made with 3 kinds of Italian Sausage the sauce is Made from SCRATCH taking 3 hours just to prepare the sauce. Oh, and the cheese.... Ricotta, Feta, Motz, etc....This is a huge piece of Lasagna

Following Week:
Wed: Taco Bake.. this is a layered Pie, with 98% Lean Ground Beef Tomatoes, Corn and Cheddar Cheese with a hint of Mexican Spices topped off with a biscuity top....
Thurs: Stir Fry.. White Rice, FRESH Stir fry Veggies; Cabbage Carrots Onions, in a sesame oil, then topped with Terrayki Chicken.. Terrayki sause is Home made too..
