Greek Salad: with Green Olives, Feta Cheese, Pepperoni This comes with a Home made Dressing of Oregano, Balsamic, and olive oil...Just the Perfect touch!

Chicken Salad: This is like NO OTHER Chicken salad you have ever had before..... Wonderful taste of White Breast Chicken, cran-raisens, pineapple, celery, red onion, and the dressing: LIGHT on the Mayo, Sweet like honey, but tangy like oriental flare.... It is the secret home made dressing. This one is extra SPECIAL, it also has Manderine Oranges, and topped with your favorite nut.. Almonds, Pecans, or Cashews... mmm good...

Thurs: Lasagna made with 3 kinds of Italian Sausage the sauce is Made from SCRATCH taking 3 hours just to prepare the sauce. Oh, and the cheese.... Ricotta, Feta, Motz, etc....This is a huge piece of Lasagna

Following Week:
Wed: Taco Bake.. this is a layered Pie, with 98% Lean Ground Beef Tomatoes, Corn and Cheddar Cheese with a hint of Mexican Spices topped off with a biscuity top....
Thurs: Stir Fry.. White Rice, FRESH Stir fry Veggies; Cabbage Carrots Onions, in a sesame oil, then topped with Terrayki Chicken.. Terrayki sause is Home made too..
